Spring Creek Farms North Filing 2 - Site/Landscape Changes
This is a Minor Amendment to the Spring Creek Farms North Filing 2 development to encompass the following changes; 1) Slight changes to outdoor spaces adjacent to buildings and walkway approaches to buildings. 2) Change condenser unit locations. 3) Re-design the spa area. 4) Adjust plant material to address fire hydrant/electric transformer locations. 5) Change shrub bed mulch to rock (perennial beds remain wood mulch). 6) Re-design the water feature in front of the welcome center. 7) Revise incoming pipes and retaining wall to detention pond. 8) Substitute plant materials based on availability. 9) Move plant material to accommodate transformer access. 10) Change dog run surface to crusher fines. 11) Remove cobble swales, extend downspouts. 12) Add gate to north side of pool, modify pool fence height. 13) Add concrete pads for grills. 14) Substitute pole lighting in place of bollard lighting at dog park.
