This is a request for a Minor Amendment for site and landscape modifications to the parking and walk frontages of Unit 31, Scotch Pines Center. The existing 33' driveway south of unit 31 is modified to 24' width. Existing parking adjacent to the south side of this modified drive is unchanged, but new landscape is shown between this parking and the existing fence at the south property line. Parking on the north side of this modified drive is restriped to the edge new drive width. Adjacent to this restriped parking is a new 6' walk and 4' planting area. There is an existing 12' concrete patio ( adjacent to the building). Two parking islands with ramps, landscape and boulder seating are also added to the southeast corner. The existing trash area screen fence is shown to be replaced with new brick columns and lap siding panels to match the existing architecture.
